Director of creative agency Attachment Studios, visual artist, and photographer — LA is a multi-hyphenate to be reckoned with. Odell Beckham Jr, Ty Dolla $ign, and Diplo are just a few of the famous faces he has captured in recent times. Yet, family is where his heart is. He linked up with his brothers Suhaib and Obi for a group shot worthy of the family album.
My family is all about… togetherness and support. Kinship and community are a big part of what makes Ramadan so special. Fasting and breaking fasts together, attending taraweeh, and sharing meals with neighbours and members of our greater community are some of the moments I cherish most.
The key to nailing kandora fits is… the sandals or loafers you pair them with. The footwear makes or breaks your entire fit.
I complete my kandora fits with… minimal accessories to enhance the look: Prada sunglasses, Prada pouch, Berluti sandals, and a Rolex.
The greatest lesson I’ve learnt from my family… is the importance of gratitude for every blessing in every moment. Being grateful and appreciative to both ourselves and to others. That trust is earned but respect must be given to all. That reputation is everything we have. It’s what reflects your character, integrity, and trustworthiness. Build it and protect it.
My top style tip for Ramadan is… to keep it simple and minimal. Say more with less.
